We’ll schedule an evening between Monday and Thursday to take your website live at a time that minimizes disruption to your business. We recommend using our hosting so your WordPress site stays fast, secure, and easy to maintain.
Maintenance Schedule
Once launched, we'll setup our ongoing maintenance schedule for your site, covering software updates, backups and basic security checks. Your WordPress site stays fast, secure and up to date each month while we quietly handle the technical work in the background. We send reports weekly or monthly.

Do you provide content management services?
Yes — ZOD Web Solutions offers professional content management services as a standalone offering. This includes support with blog posts, email content, and social media strategy. If you're interested, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss your goals and match you with the right package for your needs.
For clients on Shopify or WooCommerce maintenance plans, we also provide ecommerce-related content updates, such as:

To ensure a smooth and accurate publishing process, all content must be submitted at least 7–10 business days prior to the go-live date to allow time for formatting, implementation, and testing.
A $100 rush fee applies if content is submitted within that window.
How do I schedule a consultation?
You can go to our booking calender on our Contact page and choose a time and day. We do our consultations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, there is no fee or payment required to book a consultation. If there are any changes or you need to cancel, we ask that you reach out! All of our consultations are 30 minutes to decide whether or not we are a good fit for working together.
Can I upgrade my maintenance plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time to better suit your business needs.
What kind of support can I expect?
Depending on the plan you are on, it could take from 4-12 hours or up to 2 business days to get back to you. If you have submitted a Rush support ticket, these take priority.
How do I submit a support ticket?
You will go to the link provided to you for submitting support tickets and submit a ticket with as much detail as possible.
Do you offer custom maintenance plans?
Currently we do not offer the ability to customize a plan.
How do you ensure the security of my website?
We use advanced security monitoring tools and practices to protect your website from threats. We do recommend your website has security plugins in place to help the prevention of malware, hacking and ultimately having your site taken over. Using a secure password and 2FA helps prevent unauthorized access.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our team is on standby to quickly address any downtime issues and restore your website promptly, you will be in contact during this time. We recommend having backups as well in the event something goes wrong.
Are there any long-term contracts?
For our WordPress Basic plan and Shopify Essentials plan, we do have a month-to-month contract.

How do I get started with your services?
